Software support of education in cryptography area based on elliptic curves

The master‘s thesis is focusing on cryptography based on elliptical curves consists of four main parts. The first part provides an overview of the basic cryptographic and mathematical concepts. A key element of this work is the second part which are described in detail the mechanisms of counting two points on elliptic curve and counting point to themselves over the various fields. On this mechanism is based almost the entire issue. In the third section provides the best-known algorithms and protocols for key exchange, encryption and digital signature. The goal of this paper is to devise software to support teaching. This material is created as a web presentation, which described the theoretical foundations and the main characteristics of cryptosystems based on elliptical curves. The whole issue is supported by practical examples of calculations examples, there are also examples for independent work. Additionally, java applets are prepared that allow an interactive opportunity to try the basic parameters of curves, or verify the calculations.

Vector Analysis in GIS Systems

This master's thesis deals with the geographic information systems with an emphasis on so - called vector analysis . The aim of the thesis is to create a library that implements the internal representation of geographic data and performs analytical operation over them . The thesis describes the logical structure of the application and the hierarchy of abstract classes . In the form of pseudo -code is shown a set of individual computing operations . Work is strongly based on geographic system GRASS. This GIS is connectable through import and export vector data in shapefile format. Concept of storing layers is designed for ease of data manipulation and their portability . The main idea behind the application is to split the library into individual modules . These modules are independent , but also can benefit from each other's functions . In conclusion are demonstrated implemented vector analysis and representation of their calculation .

Emotional Cartography

The work aims to artistically compile perception of maps as a fact, what let us think about The world - how we know it from the map. I work with data, which I gain by displaying technology – eye tracking, which helps me to record track of moving eyes during watching any kind of picture. The observations will be people from different places such a place of stay etc. Gained data I am going to use as a study, which I will componate to maps and different vizualizations of world, countries etc. "Where i have not ever been before, it does not exist" – is idea of percepting world, wich I also work with on that project. Study will contain all aspect of perceiving maps and systematicly shown world related to the person, his memories to that place, fyzical contact and his impact in his scale person versus a the world.

The Point System as a Road Safety Tool

The thesis is elaborated in frame of the Master degree, study branch Expert Engineering in Transport. In this diploma thesis is in detail introduced Penalty Point System in our country and in other selected european countries. The thesis further contains the part about comparing Road Safety in our country and in other selected countries from the point of view of statistics. Most frequented offences and criminal offences in our country were analyzed. In the final part of this thesis is the suggestion of changes in point system. In the last chapter is introduced actual amendment of the Road Safety Act.

The Phenomenon of the Journey in Artistic Areation and in the Pedagogical Work

This thesis is focused on exploring aspects and visions of the journey and their meaning, both in concrete and metaphorical terms. In one perspective, the path is interpreted as a link between specific points, while in the other as a tool to reach a specific goal. In such a context, the journey becomes an integral part of the process towards achieving a particular goal, which can be anything from reaching a specific destination to fulfilling a life dream or mission. In this context, the interaction between the journey and the destination is crucial. The artistic component of the work is a personal diary, which contains fragments from various journeys, captured in watercolour. The diary is enriched with drawings and texts that reflect authentic travel experiences. This diary, as well as the theme of "The Phenomenon of Travel", has become an inspirational source for didactic projects that explore the concept of travel, whether in an artistic or pedagogical context. The aim of this thesis is to explore the different aspects and perspectives of the journey, both on a concrete and metaphorical level, and to translate them into didactic projects. Dot as a part of a visual art story

The bachelor thesis "Dot as a part of a visual art story" consists of two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part deals with basic information about the concept of point and dot with a focus on expression means in graphics. In addition, the work is devoted to two Czech artists Alena Kučerová and Eva Prokopcová, for whom the means of expression are a point and a dot in a certain period the concept of their work. The practical of the bachelor thesis deals with creation of paper, multipurpose object, individual parts are processed by perforation method. The object is designed for the smallest children.
